After a long 2011 tournament season, all the hard work, travel and money has paid off for two of Paseo Vista Archery Club's Team JOAD Archers. Danielle Reynolds, who started shooting in Arizona 4-H competitions and then came to shoot with the Paseo Club made the USAT (United States Archery Team) Cadet Women's Compound Team. Danielle is currently Paseo's only Team JOAD compound Archer. Danielle is currently being coached by Paseo Head Coach Gary Yamaguchi and USA Archery High Performance Coach Mel Nichols,
Nathan Yamaguchi continues to be in the top of USA Archery Dream Team program despite suffering a shoulder injury late in the season. Nathan made the USAT Cadet Men's Recurve Team. Nathan is spending his down time helping coach many of the new JOAD Archers in the club. Nathan is coached by Paseo Head Coach Gary Yamaguchi and USA Archery High Performance Coach Mel Nichols.
